She created a workable timeline for the day, created parking maps for guests, organized ceremony details like music cues and order of service, made sure the rings arrived (the best man forgot them and she made sure they arrived in time!), made announcements, created the band timeline along with the bride for first dance/speeches, posted table assignments, set out table decor, coordinated getaway details, and so much more. Simply put, we would not have had the dream experience we did without Ashley. Too, her team was highly accommodating. My husband and I were planning and paying for our entire wedding ourselves, and Ashley made my dream wedding a reality when we had no idea where to start. She is so kind and helpful and goes above and beyond to making sure everything is just right and that you and your partner are taken care of before and on your special day. An example would be how we were running out of alcohol for one of our mixed drinks very faster than expected, and she offered to personally go out and buy more of the necessary ingredients out of her own pocket until we could have paid her back if need be, just so that the festivities wouldn’t falter. Besides that she is exceptionally organized and from our first meeting had a complete questionnaire and outline with everything you could and couldn’t think of that you’d need for wedding planning.
